The first recorded dwelling on this site is 1324 and the ground floor of the present house could date back to the 1500`s, the farm is listed in the book of legends The Ghost Ship of Chegwidden which all adds to the history. Two earth energy or ley lines run through the farm ,with the use of divining rods these can be traced. Views of the Isles of Scilly can be seen from the first floor.
